Did you know a Beagle Adoption was the Beginning of the Atlanta Dog Spa?

Founder and owner of the Atlanta Dog Spa, Sarah Segal, recently spoke with Voyage Atlanta to share the story of how her business was conceived from her passion for animals and one beagle in particular, Boomer.

“In April of 2002, I adopted a beagle, Boomer. I was taking him to 2 other dog daycares in Buckhead (Atlanta). Neither facility was up to my expectations as a pet parent. I decided to open up my own dog daycare, cage free boarding, bathing & grooming business.”

The Atlanta Dog Spa is focused on the experience for the dog, with cage free boarding and natural grass play areas.  The dogs can run and play or just relax and watch a movie on the sofa.  The pet parents aren’t left out though.  There are 16 doggie cams that they can check in on their fur babies.

We provide a safe, fun, and stimulating social environment for dogs during weekday business hours, as well as weekends.  We are open seven days a week and 365 days a year.
